An Awesome Camp for Kids Who Want to Follow God’s Path

Dedicated to serving our community with excellence

Evangelical and interdenominational in nature, Ketchen Lake Bible Camp is a haven where campers can enjoy a week or more of fun and fellowship in a Christian setting. Our carefully selected staff is comprised of matured and responsible young people who take a keen interest in a camper’s worth as an individual.

We provide staff training covering a wide range of topics and issues so that our team can best meet the needs of the campers. Our cabins can house 8 to 10 campers, typically led by two staff members. This provides a great setting for individual attention to each camper.

Our goal is to help families, especially children and the youth, by leading them to a new life in Christ Jesus. We seek to provide a program that allows the campers to enjoy a unique learning experience through a wide range of activities. We also invite speakers who to engage, inspire, and motivate the campers to live as followers of Christ.

Our programs consist of but are not limited to:

  • Canoeing

  • Kayaking

  • Paddle Boarding

  • Swimming

  • Crafting

  • Photography

  • Sports

  • Riflery

  • Archery

  • R.C. Car Driving

  • Wilderness Survival

  • Chapel Services

  • Cabin Devotions

  • Wide Games

  • Night Games

  • Canteen

Founding Churches

  • Endeavour Fellowship Chapel

  • Gateway Community Church (Canora)

  • Hyas Baptist Church

  • Living Waters Christian Fellowship (Hazel Dell)

  • Pelly Fellowship Chapel

  • Pineridge Fellowship Chapel (Hudson Bay)

  • Preeceville Evangel Tabernacle

  • Weekes Evangelical Chapel

The camp would not be operational without the support of the founding churches and other churches in surrounding areas. Everything that goes into the camp is because of what the churches have helped build. We all work together to create a welcoming environment for the people and children who attend our programs.

Where Are We?

The camp is located west of Preeceville. Follow the highway west through Preeceville (13 km). Turn north and travel 4 km.
